That price already includes mandatory SOAT insurance, full coverage, up-to-date maintenance and delivery in Medellín or at the airport. The minimum rental is 2 days, so the lowest total to get started is $640.000 COP. What is included in the rate and what is not? The daily rate includes the vehicle with SOAT and full coverage insurance, current maintenance, and free delivery and pick-up in Medellín, the metro area and José María Córdova airport. Fuel and tolls are paid separately if you leave the city. We do not charge for kilometers driven. How much will I spend on fuel? It depends on the vehicle and how much you drive. With regular gasoline at $16.211 COP per gallon and diesel at $11.601 COP (mayo de 2026), a sedan doing about 50 km per gallon spends roughly $97.266 COP over 300 kilometers, while a large SUV can double that. What we do ask is that the vehicle stays inside the department. What do I need to rent as a foreigner? A valid passport, your home country driver's license and a credit card for the deposit.
