Every rate includes SOAT, comprehensive insurance with deductible, full maintenance and free delivery in Medellín or at the MDE airport in Rionegro.

You need a valid passport, a valid driver license from your home country (accepted as is for stays under six months), a major credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit and the address where you are staying. No license translation is required.

Yes. We deliver and collect vehicles at José María Córdova (MDE) airport in Rionegro for 150,000 COP per trip, with a minimum 24 hour advance reservation. We also deliver to hotels in El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado and Sabaneta, and to private addresses across the metro area.

The most requested zones are El Poblado (hotels and nightlife), Laureles (residential and dining), Envigado and Sabaneta. For travelers arriving at the MDE airport we deliver right at the terminal. We also cover Belén, El Tesoro, Las Palmas and Ciudad del Río.

Yes. Our armored Chevrolet Tahoe is available for clients who need extra security: executives, delegations, corporate events or private transfers. It features bulletproof tinted windows and reinforced bodywork. For armored vehicles we ask for a reservation 48 hours in advance.

Every rental includes valid SOAT, comprehensive insurance with a standard deductible and roadside assistance. We also offer extended coverage to lower or remove the deductible. Insurance covers third party damage, theft and damage to the vehicle within Colombian territory.

Yes. The base rate covers trips within Antioquia such as Guatapé, Santa Fe de Antioquia, Jericó, El Retiro and Llanogrande. For trips to other departments we arrange a travel permit at a special rate. We do not rent for cross border travel.

A standard rental agreement covering the parties, the vehicle details (plate, model, mileage), the agreed dates, the rate, the deposit, the insurance coverage and a handover form with photos of the vehicle condition. Everything is signed digitally before delivery.
